The Whisky Pitcher Collectors Association of America held it's eleventh annual "Jugvention" July 25th through 27th at the Holiday Inn Select at Cedar Bluff, Knoxville, Tennessee.  This years event was graciously hosted by Bruce and Nancy Webb.  Fun was had by all!  Friday morning kicked off the fun with an open house, hosted by the Webb's.  Many Club members took advantage of the hospitality; and found their pub jug collection to be most entertaining, a beautiful collection indeed.  That evening, dinner and the annual Club meeting was held in one of the hotel's banquet rooms, followed by the usual evening gathering in the hospitality suit.  Friday also saw the unveiling of this years club pitcher, designed by Club members specifically for this event.  Saturday was a perfect day to expand both your knowledge, as well as your collection of pub jugs, with a sale and auction both of which were open to the general public.  This year's auction saw several individuals from the general public leave as new Club members.  Saturday evening concluded with a terrific Club dinner at the home of our hosts, Bruce and Nancy Webb, followed by the sharing of stories and collection pictures in the hospitality room.  Sunday morning saw festivities come to a close as Club members shared breakfast and farewells.  If you have an interest in collecting whisky water pitchers, this is one annual event you surely won't want to miss.
